INSTALLATION

Many firms don't understand the significant difference between workstation software and network software. Virtually all legal software programs are network based. This requires a far different installation routine than Windows or Office Suite software.

Due to these differences, it is preferable to have trained specialists install the software correctly from the outset. Our training and experience allows us to avoid the pitfalls and effectively troubleshoot problems without all of the finger pointing.

CLE/TRAINING

Training is done on-site at the firms convenience or at scheduled sessions in the Dunn, NC office.

We have engineered a wonderful way of training on-site through our MOBILE CLASSROOM. All you need is a conference room. We will set up laptops (a maximum of 8) and a projector and guide you through hands-on training in whatever program you desire. This provides convenience to the client while maintaining a reasonable cost.

Training at the Dunn, NC location is done in accordance with the linked schedule and includes CLE credit in most instances. This is a good option for those desiring CLE credit or to bring new employees up to speed on a software product.

Our training differs from other providers in that we not only show you what all of the buttons do but also assist the firm in merging the software into its existing workflow. In other words, our experience explains not only the WHAT but the HOW, WHEN and WHY.

We now provide Litigation Consulting!  We will help you do the most for your client in the courtroom.  We specialize in creating jury-friendly presentations that maximize jury comprehension and your time.

We provide support in a variety of ways. We will support your legal software 100%, from installation & customization to troubleshooting. We will train you to support your own firm. We will assist you by telephone or email, in many cases, without charge. We will make an office visit. We will act as liasons between you and the software company.
