Client Tiers
We are introducing client tiers that will give our clients benefits based on the software they purchase.
The tiers consist of:
Platinum - for clients that purchase 4 or more pieces of software through CLOAC.
Gold - for clients that purchase 3 pieces of software though CLOAC.
Silver - for clients that purchase 2 or fewer pieces of software through CLOAC.
Premier - for any client who has not ordered through CLOAC to purchase their software.
Benefits will include limited free phone support, two levels of priority scheduling, and discounted rates for services. Inquire with our office for more details about becoming a Platinum client.

*Free phone support is limited to products purchased through CLOAC. Silver and Gold Clients receive up to 15 minutes per call free, while Platinum clients receive the first 30 minutes free.
Consulting
This involves a visit to your firm to review all existing hardware and software in use at the current time in addition to a demonstration and discussion of current legal software alternatives. After researching various
possibilities, an evaluation & recommendation and a detailed estimate of costs will be prepared. Follow up telephone discussions to review the recommendation is included.
Consultation fees are based on the size of the firm and the range of software being implemented, as well as a few other variables. A standard fee for the initial consultation is $500. For firms implementing multiple pieces of software and purchasing that software through CLOAC we will, once services are rendered, issue a credit towards the services bill for the amount of the consultation. Effectively making the consultation free of charge.

Training
We offer on-site training at the firms convenience. We have engineered a wonderful way of training on-site through our mobile classroom. All you need is a conference room. We will set up laptops (a maximum of 8) and a
projector and guide you through hands-on training in whatever program you desire. This provides convenience to the client while maintaining a reasonable cost. We have two consultants/attorneys, and they bill at the
following rates.

As a new service we also provide online training for most of the software we support. We have decided to provide this service in an effort to help train new employees and provide turnover training. We offer refreshers, full sessions and partial sessions. Online training is performed using software like GoToMeeting. Each attendee is asked to provide their own email address and computer and pricing is per employee per firm.

Installation / Customization
This involves only legal software and tends to vary from firm to firm. Obviously the more software you wish to implement, the longer it will take to install or customize. For this reason, we charge by the hour for these
services.
